Bridge Creek Ranch Located in Rosebud County south of Ashland, Montana.The ranch is +/-2488 total acres, 1850 +/-deeded and 640 +/- BLM lease. Current AUM 135. Bridge Creek runs through the property and is lined with cottonwood, ash, and cedar trees. It flows through the property offering seasonal watering holes for livestock and wildlife and providing needed cover. Additional water comes from a natural spring, two water wells, and a reservoir. The terrain is composed of open grass and sagebrush flats, scoria hills with sandstone outcroppings and Ponderosa pines. The elevation of the ranch varies from 2950 to 3300 feet. The south side of section 2 boarders the Custer National which allows access. The Tongue River Basin and Custer National Forest in southeastern Montana is known for its great hunting opportunities. Wildlife is abundant in the area with species including mule deer, white tail Deer, elk, antelope, prairie dogs, wild turkey, sage grouse, and sharp-tail grouse. predators include coyotes, bobcats, mountain lions, black bears and badgers.
