Julie hails from the southeastern corner of Montana. She spent her formative years on a working cattle ranch and has continued in that profession with her husband Steve as they operate a ranch near Hammond, MT. After attending Montana State University and graduating from North Carolina State University with a degree in Agricultural Business Management, she was extensively involved in USDA lending programs where she developed a comprehensive understanding of housing and community development matters. Since 2009, she has continued that profession with Southeastern Montana Development Corporation as a Community Development Specialist. With more than 30 years in the industry, Julie has thrived in a wide range of development projects including housing and has broadened her understanding of agricultural real estate.
In 2012, she acquired her real estate sales license, cementing her dedication to the profession and broadening her scope to the southeastern Montana real estate market, where her impactful contributions have been ongoing.
