Monty Lesh was raised on a ranch located in Montana’s historic Custer County. That first sentence pretty much tells the story of Monty: he is deeply rooted in the land; he knows farming and ranching; he has an honest, energetic, diligent work ethic; he’s a true Montana man.
Katie Lesh grew up in Miles City where she graduated from CCDHS in 2012. After high school, Katie studied at Montana State University in Bozeman where she earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology in 2015. Katie then completed a bachelor’s degree in social work at the University of North Dakota in 2020.
Pat Graham is a ranch-raised eastern Montana native. He and his spouse, Lanette, who retired after a 42-year career as a registered nurse, reside in Terry, MT, where they have been for the past 20-years. Pat and Lanette only live about 20-minutes from their son, David, who is a western artist.
With 30 years immersed in every facet of the cattle industry, including ranching, Rob’s experience speaks for itself. Having traveled the backroads of Montana and extensively Eastern Montana, Rob has a good feel for ranch real estate. He is an excellent resource for buying or selling land and cattle.
Heather (Stricker) Altenhofen was born in Hardin, MT on Spring Hill Farms, but grew up and graduated from Laurel High School in 2003. She attended the University of Montana on an ROTC scholarship, and graduated in 2007 with a BA in Political Science and History with a Social Sciences teaching endorsement. Upon graduation from college, Heather was commissioned into the Montana Army National Guard.
